You are purchasing a "complete" package from us, ready to be assembled. By complete we mean all the parts and accessories needed to assemble a timber house, such as:

- Screws

- Nails

- Doors and windows

- Building instructions

You can treat your house or garden shed with materials of different colours as you wish, in order to provide it with protection against both rain and UV-rays. (Inside it should be treated once, while outside it needs three treatments.)

Balconies can only be ordered together with a timber house. The length of a balcony is 1000 mm or 1800 mm, for which a 1200 or 2000 mm roof overhang is added to the house.

The floor is made of 20, 30 or 40-mm-thick timber.
